There are so many rules and events in swimming and that is what I am here to talk to you about.
Rules
Like I said there are some Rules to swimming and I will tell you some of the most simple rules.
In breaststroke and butterfly you have to touch the walls with two hands at the same time.
With freestyle and backstroke you only have to touch the wall with one hand.
With backstroke when you turn over to do your tumble turn you only get a couple of strokes to do your .
And quiet a few more
Events: there are so many events in swimming it would take a bit to count all of them.

Backstroke & breaststroke & butterfly
100 m
200 m
Individual medley
200 m
400 m
Freestyle relay
4 x 100 m
4 x 200m

There are about 16 swimming events.
Out of all the New Zealand swimmers only 7 make it
through to the Olympic and this year they were

Erika Fairweather
Eve Thomas
Haley Mcintosh
Ali Gayler
Carina Doyle
It might sound a little boring but trust me once you start
it becomes really fun. (But that is just my opinion)
